Amazing!!!
I had the pleasure of experiencing both the half day tour and food tour in Mumbai with Vasu. And let me tell you, it was some incredible experiences! The places and food itself was wonderful, but it was Vasu’s presence, knowledge, humor and great spirit that made the experience 100x better. As a solo female travelling he made sure that I was well looked after and answered all the questions I had. He knows so much! If you’re in Mumbai and looking for someone to show you around and eat some real authentic food, then you have to book with Vasu!🙏🏼

Best tour and best guide ever
We were a little hesitant about booking what seemed like an expensive tour - via the hotel - but we are so glad that we did - worth every penny and more! We chose 4 hour half day tour setting off at 11am. What a day! my only regret is that we didnt have Vasu at the beginning of our India trip as his cultural and historical knowledge (especially around the Jain way of living and their temple) brought india to life for us even more deeply. I genuinely felt as though my perspective on life had shifted after this tour and he gave lots of threads for further research and exploration. His English is excellent - very attentive, respectful and has a lot of integrity. Thank you Vasu. Hope to see you again. Charmain and John

History, Humour, and Heart: A Fantastic South Mumbai Experience
We did a South Mumbai city tour with Vasu (VASU) and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The tour ran from around 10:30am to well past 3pm, and it never felt rushed. We covered all the major landmarks — the Gateway of India, the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Marine Drive, and Gandhi’s former residence — while also getting a deep, well-explained look into Mumbai’s history, from British and Portuguese rule to India’s independence and evolution. Vasu clearly knows his stuff and explains complex history in a way that’s engaging, clear, and actually memorable. What really made the experience stand out was Vasu himself. He’s extremely knowledgeable, genuinely funny, and very easy to talk to. His English is excellent, and the conversation felt natural rather than scripted. It felt more like exploring the city with a well-informed local than being lectured at. We were driven around comfortably in a car with our driver, Salim (thank you!), which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, especially in Mumbai traffic. Overall, this tour was informative, relaxed, and well worth the time. Highly recommend Vasu if you want to really understand Mumbai beyond just seeing the sights.

Excellent half day tour with guide Vasu
We did a half day tour with the very charming and knowledgeable (and funny) guide Vasu. He speaks excellent English. In fact our tour exceeded the allotted 4 hours and Vasu could not have been more helpful in providing advice for other activities and shopping for the rest of our stay. Highly recommended.

An extraordinary tour experience with Vasu
We booked last minute early morning tour to see the newspaper vendors, vegetable, flower, laundry markets and the unmissable Sassoon dock. This tour is simply fantastic, Vasu gave us an excellent insight not only into all the markets but also Indian politics which was very interesting. His commentary was engaging and humorous. This tour with Vasu is unmissable and Sassoon dock is extraordinary… and a little smelly !! Thank you Vasu

Amazing market tour experience!
Our market tour was totally fantastic. We kicked off with the newspaper market and then we wandered off the flower and vegetable markets. Our guide, Vaisu, was amazing and he let us breathe in the atmosphere of those places as well as giving us information and historical detail that made us understand how Mumbai works. We loved everything we saw and we really recommend it!

Vasu was an outstanding guide. He was very knowledgable and able to adapt to spending time at places that most interested us. We did three tours with him - evening street food tour, morning city tour and half day tour. We thoroughly enjoyed them all, learning a lot and having fun too. They were well paced. It was great that he came to collect us from the hotel and dropped us back. Thank you Vasu for an outstanding two days.

Mumbai half day tour
Vasu was a fantastic guide. We had a private half day tour and we felt we got a great view of Mumbai. He has excellent English, great anecdotes and managed to explain lots of politics and religion to us. The tour was well paced in good AC car with excellent driver dodging Mumbai traffic. He was sure to keep us hydrated and stopped to get us snacks along the way. We would highly recommended this tour!

Our guided tour of Mumbai was jam packed. We went on a Sunday so traffic was relatively smooth. Many of the locations were pretty close to each other so we were able to get in a fair amount of walking as well. Our guide Vasu was informative and witty
